In Tune PR was founded by Darren Weale, a PR and marketing consultant and journalist (print and audio).
Drawing on a senior Civil Service communications background, he has worked with numerous companies,
charities, and music acts. 

Darren has received multiple award nominations for his work. He was presented with the STAR Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award 2017 by Lord Judd in the House of Lords for tireless and selfless service to society. He has also received the Home Office’s inaugural A:gender (‘Meerkat’) Award for services to diversity.

He has assisted others with drafting submissions and presenting for awards, including a client who won a
prestigious UK Business Award in 2019, and has been described as a “master storyteller” for brands by Enterprise Nation.

Darren’s favourite journalism work includes interviews with Canadian actor Dan Aykroyd (Blues Brothers/Ghostbusters), re-published in 2020 by Classic Rock magazine; Jo Johnson MP; and TV’s DIY SOS team.
